How do I place an order from your website?

At this moment we do not provide online ordering.
All orders are processed on payment before delivery basis.
We serve the Indonesian market only.
Where do you shipped in Indonesia?
We shipped to all locations in Indonesia.
We provide free delivery within DKI region. For outside of DKI, a small shipping charge will be added to your order.
What is your refund and exchange policy?
All sales are final and unfortunately we cannot exchange items once it has been sold. Exceptions will be made if items are proven to be defective from the manufacturer.
If items requested are ready stock, we can dispatch within 72 hours. For items not in stock, we will contact the factory for lead time information. Delivery time depends on Buyer’s choice of air or sea freight.
“Lartas” refers to items with import restrictions. Some life-saving items including automatic and manual inflatable lifesaving jackets are subject to LARTAS restrictions. Please allow for extra processing time to import items under LARTAS restrictions.
